Anneke Hagen returned to her exact job as an architect at Gensler, the world's largest architecture firm, 11 years after she left to raise her family. A project manager at heart, she shares how she continued to develop these skills through part-time jobs at her church and Weight Watchers, as well as how she used her network to get hired back at Gensler.
